Right after graduating Brigham Young University in 2004, Rich Summers signed on with a small business to provide research and consulting.  One of the earliest projects was to help a local builder targeting first time homebuyers.  The builder wanted to know two things: First, how does a first time homebuyer find my townhome communities and secondly, what amenities do my buyers want?  While completing this project Rich realized that there was no organized way to find townhomes and there was a great need for it.

After seeing this tremendous opportunity Rich went and registered dozens of domain names to help buyers find townhome communities and easily locate what's for sale. Rich became a licensed Realtor in October 2004 and started his career with Realty Executives of Utah.  Since that time Rich has been constantly working towards his vision of having all the townhome communities in an easy to navigate website.  This dream is becoming a reality after multiple revisions on
UtahTownhomes.com

In the last six years of business Rich has become an expert in townhomes.  He has consulted with multiple builders on critical questions including: where to build, what to build, what the pricing would need to be, how quick they could expect to sell out the community, and what type of marketing would be best to attract the ideal buyer.

Rich moved his real estate to
Keller Williams South Valley Realty in September 2009.  Rich liked all the systems, procedures, and tools Keller Williams had.  He felt like these tools would help him service his clients better.



Mike Morgan - Principal Broker

Mike has always been an entrepreneur and had owned his own business for 24 years.  Mike began his career in real estate in 2002 with Prudential after his good friend encouraged him to get his license.  Mike made goals to achieve Prudential's highest awards, and over the years with the company, Mike attained each of them and was even awarded some of the company's national awards.  Mike made the move to Keller Williams South Valley in September 2009. 

As the Principal Broker Mike's primary responsibility uses his probelm-solving skills in reviewing contracts and keeping all parties involved in the transaction happy.  Mike meticulously reviews each contract to ensure that each of the company's clients are protected and that they get what they expect to receive.
